Juhi Jaiswal

Juhi Jaiswal is a technology executive with more than 17 years of experience building, scaling, and modernizing software platforms for high-growth healthcare technology organizations. She joined OrthoFi in 2025 as Chief Technology Officer, where she leads the company’s technology strategy, engineering organization, data platforms, security, and innovation initiatives. Juhi’s strength and passion lie in solving complex business challenges through technology, building high-performing engineering teams, and creating scalable, resilient systems that support long-term growth. She is especially focused on using data, automation, and AI to improve operational efficiency, product scalability, and customer outcomes.

Prior to joining OrthoFi, Juhi spent nearly two decades at GHX, rising from Software Engineer to Vice President of Engineering and helping scale the company into a global healthcare technology leader with more than $420 million in annual revenue and 1,500 employees worldwide. Her experience spans platform modernization, enterprise integrations, data products, cloud transformation, and leading global engineering teams. She lives in Colorado with her family.
