Charles Brown

Charley Brown is Vice President of Sales Operations and CRM at OrthoFi, where he leads sales operations, CRM strategy, revenue processes, reporting, and go-to-market systems. With more than 15 years of leadership experience across sales operations, revenue operations, product management, and technology, he is passionate about building scalable systems and high-performing teams that drive growth and enable data-driven decision-making.

Prior to joining OrthoFi, Charley co-founded Comprehensive Finance, Inc. (CFI), a dental fintech company focused on expanding access to care while helping providers improve financial performance. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, he helped build and scale the organization for more than a decade, leading operations, product, and strategic growth initiatives through its acquisition by OrthoFi in 2021.

Outside of work, Charley is an active member of First Baptist Dallas and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
