Aaron Lacheta is a product executive with more than 20 years of experience leading strategy, product management, operations, and entrepreneurship across vertical B2B SaaS businesses. As Vice President of Product at OrthoFi, he leads product strategy and innovation, with a focus on building solutions that help orthodontic organizations grow, improve financial performance, and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Before joining OrthoFi, Aaron held leadership roles at DaySmart and EverCommerce as well as growth-stage, private equity-backed, and public company environments. He is also a three-time entrepreneur and co-founder with a track record of building and scaling technology businesses, strengthening product organizations, and connecting strategy to measurable business outcomes. Aaron is passionate about solving meaningful customer problems and building products that create lasting value. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois.
